These terms apply to eatsmallkitchen.com and to the digital products sold by BOLSOLOCURA LLC under the Eat Small Kitchen brand. By buying or using them, you agree to these terms.
The products
Our products are downloadable PDF guides. After payment you get a personal download link. You may download, print and keep the files for your own use and your household's use.
What you may not do
You may not share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the files or download links, or use the content to create competing products.
Not medical advice
Our guides are educational. They are not medical care and do not replace advice from your doctor, prescriber or a registered dietitian. Nutrition values are estimates. Check with your care team before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition or take medicine that lowers blood sugar. You are responsible for food safety and for checking ingredients for allergies.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe as the seller of record, and prices are shown in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply. Refunds follow our refund policy.

All content is © BOLSOLOCURA LLC, except the fonts (SIL Open Font License) and the public guidance we cite.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

We may update these terms; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
